Mandatory Requirements to Obtain Forms A, B, D, or E

 

To apply for any of these certificates through the Ministry of Trade, an exporter must submit the following digital documents

  • Business Identification Number (NIB): Serves as your primary export identity.

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List: Detailing the transaction value and quantity.

  • Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB): Proof of international cargo shipment.

  • Export Customs Declaration (PEB): The official approval from Indonesian Customs (CEISA).

 

Cost Structure Calculation: Specifically required for Preferential Forms (D and E) to prove that the manufacturing process meets the minimum local/regional content criteria.

 

Step-by-Step Issuance Process

  • Register Access: Create an exporter account on the e-SKA Kemendag Portal using your NIB and Tax ID (NPWP).

  • Submit Cost Structure: Input the raw material costs to verify the origin percentage (for Forms A, D, and E).

  • Draft Document: Fill out the requested template (Form A, B, D, or E) online.

  • Verification: The designated local Issuing Authority (IPSKA) will review your application.

Electronic Approval: Once approved, the document is digitally signed and can be printed or sent directly via the ASEAN Single Window (for Form D).
